The Bouadja district in El Tarf province has initiated the construction of 552 housing units under the 'AADL 3' rental-purchase program, consisting of 432 units in Bouadja and 120 in the municipality of Bougous. Authorities are currently mobilizing resources to accelerate construction and ensure timely delivery, while simultaneously conducting infrastructure work. Plans for an additional project in the village of Ouled Ghyab are also underway. Furthermore, the district is managing the construction of 460 public rental housing units across three municipalities. Local officials are actively seeking solutions to address the land scarcity affecting the development of rural housing programs.
