The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation announced that one person was killed and eight others were injured during an attack on King Fahd International Airport in Dammam on Wednesday, October 21. The facility had recently resumed operations following a security shutdown triggered by Houthi strikes on October 11. In a separate incident, the Saudi Energy Ministry reported two fatalities and two injuries caused by falling debris from an intercepted drone aimed at an Aramco facility in the Shaybah oil field. While a contractor's vehicle caught fire, site operations remained unaffected. Meanwhile, the Saudi-led coalition stated it had intercepted and destroyed five drones directed at the Kingdom that same day.
