The regional group of the National Gendarmerie in Oum El Bouaghi has released the names and photographs of three individuals suspected of involvement in fraud and swindling cases. The suspects, identified as Merzagani Aissa, Zarari Boubakeur, and Ben Chikha Sami, reside in the municipality of Ain Beida. This action follows an authorization granted by the public prosecutor at the Oum El Bouaghi court, in accordance with the code of criminal procedure. Consequently, security services are urging anyone who has been a victim of these individuals, or who possesses information as a witness, to report to the investigation unit of the Oum El Bouaghi Gendarmerie or any Gendarmerie station across the country to file a complaint or provide testimony.
