The Presidency of the Republic stated on Tuesday that President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has carried out a partial reshuffle among the country's provincial governors (walis). The decision involves both the reassignment of current officials and new appointments. The transfers include Riad Ben Ahmed from Batna to Aflou, Youcef Bechlaoui from Tlemcen to Batna, Mohamed Meziane from El Tarf to Béjaïa, and Kamel Nouisser from Bordj Bou Arreridj to Tlemcen. Additionally, new governors were appointed: Abdelwahab Zini for El Tarf, Redouane Khalfa for Bordj Bou Arreridj, and Omar Bouteraoui for Barika.
