This progress is highlighted by the inclusion of Algerian researchers in the 2026 Stanford-Elsevier list of the world's top 2% of influential scientists, as well as positive rankings in the Shanghai and Times Higher Education indexes. Furthermore, the attainment of ISO 9001 quality management certification by various universities reflects a growing commitment to institutional excellence and improved service performance within the sector.
