The second edition of the Rusicada Cinema Meetings in Skikda has launched the 'Little Filmmaker' workshop, attracting significant interest from children aged 8 to 14. Supervised by producer and director Lotfi Farhati, this six-month training program runs every Saturday, aiming to transition children from passive viewers to active creators. Participants learn essential skills in photography, direction, lighting, and sound, gaining a deeper understanding of cinematic language through hands-on practice and teamwork. The initiative is designed to identify and nurture the creative potential of each child, culminating in the production of a short film created by the participants themselves. The event, organized by the Directorate of Culture and Arts under the banner 'From Script to Screen', also features various film screenings and thematic workshops.
