On Monday, October 12, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning showcased the first completed residential units under the AADL 3 rental-purchase program. The interiors feature significant upgrades, including central heating systems, installed radiators, and fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The ministry confirmed that these units are ready in the provinces of Bordj Bou Arreridj, Mila (Chelghoum Laid), Mascara, M’sila, Ouargla, and Oum El Bouaghi. The handover to beneficiaries is scheduled to take place during the commemorations of the November 1st, 1954, Revolution anniversary.
