Local authorities in Jijel province have unveiled the provisional lists of beneficiaries for 175 public rental housing units across three municipalities. The distribution includes 60 units in Beni Ahmed (Kaous municipality), 58 units in El Mousalla (Djimla municipality), and 57 units in the municipality of Ziama Mansouriah. In accordance with Executive Decree 08-142, citizens whose names do not appear on the lists have an eight-day window to submit formal appeals. These will be reviewed by a provincial appeals committee within 30 days. Furthermore, the authorities have mandated that applicants excluded from the lists must be informed of the specific reasons for their rejection to ensure full transparency in the process.
