Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, revealed that total electronic payment transactions within the "AADL 3" rental-purchase program have surpassed 338 billion DZD. During a session with the Finance Committee of the People's National Assembly, the minister stated that this figure covers the first and second installments for housing units. Additionally, AADL rental payments made via digital channels rose to 14.02 billion DZD, compared to 3.46 billion DZD in 2022, while the "Sakani" application recorded transactions worth 110.32 million DZD. Belaribi emphasized that these efforts align with the President's instructions to digitize the sector. This initiative also involves establishing a General Directorate for Information Systems, digitizing building permits and real estate services, and updating the national housing registry to enhance transparency and improve public service quality.
