Apprentices in the vocational training sector in Khenchela have begun their placements within local economic institutions as part of the national framework for training and competencies. The initiative aims to align training programs with the actual demands of the job market. The first phase saw 42 apprentices placed at the Algerian Textile Company, with plans to expand to other entities such as Algérie Télécom and CNEP. This approach provides trainees with direct field experience, enhancing their professional integration prospects. Meanwhile, the sector's local directorate held a coordination meeting to discuss priority files, including the 2027 budget, the 'Sanaâ' training program, the improved use of the 'Tassir' digital platform, and preparations for the 2026 Skills Olympics.
