The President of the Republic has conducted a partial movement within the corps of walis across various regions. The appointments include the transfer of Riadh Benahmed to Aflou, Youcef Bechlaoui to Batna, Kamel Nouicer to Tlemcen, and Mohamed Meziane to Bejaia. Additionally, the administration has appointed Abdelouahab Zini as wali of El Tarf, Radouane Khelifa as wali of Bordj Bou Arreridj, and Omar Boutehraoui as wali of Barika.
