Meriem Benmouloud, High Commissioner for Digitization, participated in the Global Digital Forum held in Moscow from October 8th to 10th. During the event, she highlighted Algeria's structural achievements in digital transformation and the pillars of its national digital sovereignty. Benmouloud engaged in high-level discussions regarding the governance of artificial intelligence and the challenges of creating unified global regulatory frameworks. On the sidelines of the forum, the minister met with Amandeep Singh Gill, the UN Secretary-General's Envoy on Technology, to discuss Algeria's digital strategy and its contribution to sustainable development goals alongside various international officials and experts.
