Geopolitical and migration expert Hassen Kacimi has labeled the United Arab Emirates as a growing threat to global peace and security. He cites evidence of the country's involvement in money laundering, terrorism financing, the deployment of mercenaries, and the illegal transfer of African gold, a trade valued at 35 billion dollars. Kacimi argues that Abu Dhabi is fueling instability in various regions, specifically mentioning its support for the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan, as well as interference in Libya and Yemen to gain control over the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait. Furthermore, the expert highlights the use of Pegasus spyware to monitor international figures. Describing the UAE as a source of subversive activities, Kacimi advocates for bringing the case before the International Criminal Court, accusing the state of being complicit in war crimes and crimes against humanity.
