The first housing units under the AADL 3 program are scheduled for distribution on November 1, 2026. A summary video from the Ministry of Housing highlights that construction is complete in several neighborhoods across five provinces: Mascara, M’Sila, Ouargla, Mila (specifically Chelghoum Laïd), and Oum El Bouaghi. While construction in these areas is finished, the final list of beneficiaries and the official schedule for key handovers are yet to be confirmed. The program, launched by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune in May 2024, attracted over 1.4 million applicants following the July 2024 digital registration. Engineering and geotechnical studies for 200,000 homes have been completed, and participants began paying their first financial installments in December 2025.
