The company "Baladna Algeria" has announced preparations for the arrival of its first shipment of cattle in the province of Adrar, part of an Algerian-Qatari partnership project for powdered milk production. During an official visit, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development reviewed the airport facilities designed for the project. Organizers confirmed that 35,000 cows, out of a total target of 250,000, are set to arrive by air on November 25. The cattle will undergo a 36-hour health quarantine before being moved to the designated pens on November 27, 2026. Management asserted that all reception facilities will be fully ready by November 15.
