The city of Tizi-Ouzou will host a fair showcasing honey and beehive products from October 18 to 29 at the former town hall square. The event is organized by the Professional Beekeepers Association of the Djurdjura Massif and the local Chamber of Agriculture, in coordination with agricultural services and municipal authorities. The fair aims to highlight regional agricultural heritage and support local beekeepers. Over twelve days, visitors will have the chance to purchase honey, engage with producers, and learn about the role of bees in pollination. A tribute will also be paid to Ali Meterfi, honoring his lifelong dedication to the development of the beekeeping sector in the province.
