The fourth edition of the International Agricultural Investment and Technology Exhibition (Agritech Expo 2026) opened on Tuesday at the Sheraton Hotel in Annaba, running until October 15. The event features 117 national exhibitors alongside international delegations from countries including Russia, France, China, Italy, and Tunisia, with Chad serving as the guest of honor. The expo serves as a platform for networking and forging strategic partnerships between local and international businesses. A key highlight this year is the 'National Challenge' set for Thursday, where young entrepreneurs will pitch their innovative projects. Three winners will be selected to receive tailored support and mentorship to bring their ideas to fruition. Event commissioner Chanez Rabia emphasized that the exhibition aims to foster innovation and help agricultural firms adapt to modern technological advancements.
