This extension comes in response to the high number of applicants interested in gaining professional skills. Open to individuals aged 15 and older with no upper age limit, the program aims to develop practical expertise in six core fields: painting, architectural electricity, plastering/BA13 installation, plumbing, welding, and refrigeration/air conditioning. Additional specialties may be offered at the provincial level depending on specific local requirements and institutional capacity.
