Chafa Boudar, an Algerian national living in Saudi Arabia for three decades, suffered severe leg injuries following a major explosion at Riyadh's King Khaled International Airport. While waiting for a flight at terminal 3, she was caught in the blast, describing scenes of smoke, darkness, and panic. After being helped by a doctor on-site and transported to a hospital by bystanders, she underwent two surgeries to prevent the amputation of her left leg. A third procedure is scheduled, as she begins a difficult recovery journey with hopes of regaining her mobility through ongoing medical care and rehabilitation.
