The National Pension Fund (CNR) has introduced "Takaoudi ALL IN ONE," a new service designed to support retirees and their beneficiaries in navigating digital tools. Announced during a national meeting of local agency communications officers, the project establishes dedicated desks in regional branches where staff provide hands-on assistance. This includes helping users create accounts, install the RetraiteDZ mobile application, and utilize the web portal. The initiative also supports individuals approaching retirement by providing early access to their career records through the "CIS" service, allowing for timely verification of their employment history. By fostering digital autonomy, the CNR aims to reduce administrative foot traffic and improve service quality. With over 19 online services already available, the institution continues to prioritize professional training for its staff to ensure a seamless and human-centric transition to digital governance.
