The Real Estate Promotion and Management Office (OPGI) in the province of Bordj Bou Arreridj has held a raffle to assign 50 units of the assisted promotional housing program (LPA), ending a nearly 15-year wait. The project, initiated in 2011, faced significant delays after the original private contractor abandoned the works. Following legal proceedings to cancel the contract and the completion of construction by the OPGI, the beneficiaries have now identified their specific apartments. Priority was given to individuals with disabilities, who were allocated ground-floor units, as the project nears the final handover of keys.
