Executive Decree No. 312-26 has been published in the Official Gazette, defining the procedures for integrating students with disabilities into regular educational institutions. According to the Ministry of National Solidarity, this text aims to strengthen coordination between the education and solidarity sectors to ensure an appropriate learning environment. The decree mandates the creation of a committee to oversee pedagogical progress and evaluate specialized staff. Additionally, it establishes specific accommodations for school exams, university assessments, and vocational training competitions, allowing for conditions that align with each individual's disability. An intersectoral commission has been established to monitor the implementation of these measures and guarantee equal opportunities for all students.
