Mila province has been granted a new allocation of 5,000 housing units under the AADL 3 program, spanning nine municipalities. The local housing director, Bilal Mizaïni, stated that administrative steps to appoint design firms and commence construction are underway following the identification of land plots. During a site visit, Housing Minister Mohamed Tarek Belaribi confirmed that the first 400 AADL 3 units in Chelghoum Laïd are scheduled for distribution this November. Meanwhile, the construction of the initial 2,225 units in Mila and Chelghoum Laïd continues, with plans to provide essential public facilities and green spaces to ensure a high quality of life for the beneficiaries.
