Algeria's Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Wassim Kouidri, met with the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Algeria, Nawaf Dhaidan Boushaiba, on Sunday in Algiers to discuss boosting bilateral cooperation. The meeting focused on potential exports of Algerian pharmaceutical products to the Kuwaiti market, highlighting the recent industrial advancements made by Algeria. The Minister emphasized the importance of establishing a formal agreement between the national pharmaceutical agencies of both nations to facilitate the mutual recognition of drug registrations and streamline trade. The Kuwaiti Ambassador expressed his country’s interest in Algerian production, requesting a list of locally manufactured essential medicines to help supply the Kuwaiti market.
