During the hearing held on Thursday, October 15, at the economic and financial penal pole of Sidi M'hamed, the prosecution requested a ten-year prison sentence for the three former presidents of the Algerian Football Federation: Kheïreddine Zetchi, Charaf-Eddine Amara, and Djahid Zefizef. A ten-year term and a one-million dinar fine were also requested for the former general secretaries, identified as Mohamed S. and Mounir D., as well as the former administrative director, Abdelghani N. For other defendants, including former federal board members, the prosecution sought sentences ranging from five to seven years. Additionally, the judicial agent for the Public Treasury has requested 90 billion centimes in damages for losses sustained by the state. This case is part of a broader anti-corruption crackdown currently being processed by the Sidi M'hamed court.
