President Abdelmadjid Tebboune chaired a Council of Ministers meeting to discuss several key national issues. The agenda included a review of the daily monitoring mechanism for the supply and pricing of essential consumer goods across the country. Progress on the mining railway project connecting Bled El Hadba to the port of Annaba was also evaluated, alongside the expansion of the port's mining terminal. Additionally, the Council reviewed procurement deals for connecting new seawater desalination plants in the provinces of Chlef, Mostaganem, and Tlemcen.
