The video accuses the fugitive Amir Boukhors, known as « Amir DZ », of exploiting individuals' socio-economic situations by promising them money and facilitated migration to France, including fake marriages, in exchange for carrying out criminal acts such as setting fire to forests and destroying national resources. These testimonies align with investigations into the wildfires that affected the country's eastern region. President Abdelmadjid Tebboune had previously confirmed that some of these fires were deliberately ignited using methods such as marine flares, candles, or the exploitation of mentally challenged individuals, promising further details to be disclosed as investigations continue.
