The Ministry of National Defense has released the operational report of the army for the week of October 7 to 13, 2026. Counter-narcotics efforts led to the arrest of 47 dealers and the seizure of 4 quintals and 82 kilograms of cannabis attempted to be smuggled across the Moroccan border, alongside over 368,000 hallucinogenic tablets. Regarding counter-terrorism, seven supporters of terrorist groups were captured. Additionally, the military cracked down on illegal gold mining; operations resulted in three deaths and the arrest of 385 individuals in southern regions, with the confiscation of mining equipment, generators, and vehicles. Several hunting rifles and over 20,000 liters of fuel were also seized in separate operations.
