Ferhat Abbas University in Sétif is conducting an annual training program aimed at enhancing the skills of its staff and student body. From October 18 to 20, 155 participants attended various sessions. This included a 'Training of Trainers' workshop for 95 students, featuring international participants from Iraq, Tunisia, Libya, and Sudan under the 'Study in Algeria' initiative. Led by consultant Aqeel Al-Adhari, the training focused on communication and creative problem-solving. Simultaneously, the university launched its second week of staff training for 60 employees, covering areas such as human resources management, quality audit techniques, and laboratory waste management. The university plans to hold a total of 14 sessions through November, aiming to involve over 200 employees to improve institutional performance and professional expertise.
