The session brought together ministry officials, contractors, and engineering firms to assess the readiness of construction sites and the allocation of human and material resources. Participants discussed strategies to overcome field obstacles and streamline collaboration. The Minister emphasized the urgency of completing the final setup to ensure the immediate commencement of physical construction.
