Minister of Housing, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced during a visit to Mila province that the payment process for the second installment of the AADL 3 program starts this week, offering a two-stage settlement option. The government is planning the launch of 300,000 additional units, with 200,000 currently under construction. The first housing deliveries are scheduled for November 1, 2026. Work is already completed in several areas, including Mascara, M’Sila, Ouargla, and Oum El Bouaghi. Additionally, urban development is underway across 16 major sites. A total of 500,000 units have been secured through the 2025 and 2026 finance laws, following an initial registration phase in 2024 that saw over 1.44 million applicants.
