Brahim Merad, Minister of State and Minister of the Interior and Local Authorities, oversaw the installation ceremony of Mohamed Meziane as the new Wali of Béjaïa this Thursday. This appointment follows the partial reshuffle within the corps of walis initiated by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The ceremony took place at the wilaya headquarters in the presence of local civil and military authorities, as well as elected officials, community leaders, and representatives of civil society.
