The Oran International Arabic Film Festival has introduced the "Pasta Cinema" program, designed to support Algerian filmmakers throughout the various stages of project development. The initiative is scheduled to take place in Oran from December 19 to 24, coinciding with the 14th edition of the festival, with an application deadline set for October 31. The program will support seven selected projects, covering fiction, documentaries, and animation. Through this initiative, creators will receive professional guidance to refine their artistic visions and develop high-quality pitches. The process aims to prepare these filmmakers to present their work effectively before an international jury of industry professionals, thereby providing a platform for local talent to develop their skills and secure support for their cinematic projects.
