Pilgrims must obtain official receipts for every payment made. Regarding entry requirements, the Saudi 'Nusuk' platform remains the primary source for permits and visas. While vaccinations, particularly for meningitis, are strongly recommended, travelers should confirm current health requirements with their agencies. The ONPO reminds the public that impersonating a licensed travel agent is a criminal offense, and advises caution regarding suspicious offers or unusually low prices.
