The Real Estate Promotion and Management Office (OPGI) of Khenchela has announced a national call for tenders to build 50 assisted promotional housing units in the municipality of Kaïs, including commercial spaces and infrastructure development. Simultaneously, the Department of Urban Planning has issued a tender for the road and utility works for 100 housing units in Khenchela. In a recent coordination meeting, housing sector officials reviewed the progress of ongoing projects to address technical and administrative bottlenecks. The priority is to accelerate the pace of construction for projects scheduled for delivery on November 1st, restart stalled work sites, and effectively manage rural housing programs and social housing allotments.
