Nadjia Nessib, the delegate wali of the Hussein Dey administrative district, signaled the start of a women's race this Friday morning from the Riad El Feth square. Held in observance of October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the 10-kilometer run took participants through various streets of Algiers. This event, organized by the Algiers wilaya, seeks to promote the importance of early detection of breast cancer while encouraging women to integrate sports into their daily lives for better health.
