Civil Protection teams in the wilaya of Tlemcen successfully rescued four individuals trapped inside a car due to rising water levels caused by severe weather conditions across the country. In the municipality of El Bouihi, located in Tlemcen, another group of four people was saved after being caught in their vehicle by floodwaters. Additionally, emergency services in the wilaya of Béchar rescued two people who were stranded in their car under similar circumstances.
