In line with the 2026-2027 academic year, a preparatory class specifically for visually impaired children has been established at the school for hearing-impaired children in Jijel. This initiative, directed by the Ministry of National Solidarity and overseen by the local governor, aims to improve specialized educational support and promote the inclusion of these children into the school system. Carried out through a partnership between the Directorate of Social Action and the blind persons' association, the project provides a tailored learning space to prepare these students for their educational journey and ensure their right to equal access to education.
