To support the resumption of its flights between Algiers and Tripoli, Air Algérie has entered into a service agreement with Libyan Ground Handling Services. Formalized on October 19, 2026, the partnership covers all ground operations at Mitiga International Airport in Tripoli. The national carrier plans to commence the service on October 28, operating two weekly flights every Wednesday and Friday. This strategic move is part of the airline's broader plan to expand its regional network and improve connectivity across the Maghreb.
