US Biskra targets new coaching appointment to improve league standing

US Biskra is looking to appoint a new head coach to lead the team, with Miloud Hamdi, who has experience in both Algerian and Egyptian football, and Tunisian coach Mourad Okbi, formerly of US Khenchela and JS Saoura, being the primary candidates to succeed Nadir Leknaoui. Club president Fares Ben Aissa is set to hold meetings in Algiers this week to negotiate terms, while talks are simultaneously underway to terminate the current coach's contract. The management hopes this move will boost the morale of the squad, which currently sits at the bottom of the league table. Additionally, club officials will meet with the players to discuss their recent loss and urge them to improve their performance ahead of the upcoming match against MC Alger.
