The Ministry of Culture and Arts has officially released its national application "Kotobna" on the Apple App Store, extending its availability after its initial launch on Google Play. The platform serves as an interactive hub where citizens can exchange or donate used books, helping to reintegrate home collections into the reading cycle. This project is part of the Ministry's strategy to modernize cultural activities and promote knowledge sharing. By encouraging the donation and circulation of books, the initiative aims to facilitate access to reading for all social strata, effectively eliminating financial barriers associated with acquiring new literature.
