The Ministry of National Defense has released the confession of Abdelkrim Boutamina regarding his involvement in setting forest fires in the province of Constantine. A security head at a national company, Boutamina stated that he first connected with terrorist Amir Boukhors, known as 'Amir DZ', via social media in 2023, motivated by a desire to emigrate illegally to Europe. Acting on instructions from 'Amir DZ', he began communicating with an individual named 'Islam', based in France, who promised to facilitate his migration. Boutamina revealed that 'Islam' coerced him into starting fires in the Oued El Hadjar and Djebel El Ouahch forests. During these acts, 'Islam' kept in phone contact with 'Amir DZ' to confirm the progress of the operations. The suspects were promised 90 million centimes each in exchange for these criminal activities.
