Featuring about thirty exhibitors—including real estate developers, banks, insurance companies, and technical firms—the event showcases a wide array of housing projects and villas. A key highlight of this edition is the availability of various financing options, ranging from traditional loans to Islamic finance, aimed at facilitating property acquisition and construction. Organizers are prioritizing transparency and professional ethics to strengthen buyer-developer trust. Event spokesperson Sabah Rid Zaafar expects over 3,000 visitors to attend. The program, which runs until Sunday, also includes workshops and seminars for professionals on topics such as property management, architecture, and sales strategies.
