The CR Belouizdad squad has set off for Mauritania to compete in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup's second preliminary round against AS Douanes. Under the guidance of coach Nabil Maaloul, the Algerian team aims to secure a positive result in Nouakchott on October 17th. A strong performance in this away fixture would put them in a favorable position ahead of the return leg, which is scheduled to take place in Algeria on October 24th.
