A cooperation framework agreement was signed in Annaba between the Technical Training School for Fishing in El Kala and the Fishing School of Tabarka, Tunisia. Signed by Miloud Terria and Achraf Ben Slimane, the partnership aims to develop training programs and share professional expertise. The agreement followed a workshop on catching mahi-mahi (dorado coryphene) using fish aggregating devices. Both sides agreed to launch joint research projects, organize training field trips for fishermen, and collaborate on processing seafood products like the blue crab. They also committed to enhancing commercial cooperation and holding periodic evaluation meetings.
