The Wali of El Oued, Larbi Bahloul, alongside the Director of Cooperation at the Ministry of Interior, Kamel Kayli, welcomed a high-level Tunisian delegation. The visit marks the second meeting of the bilateral committee dedicated to the development of border regions. The Tunisian delegation included governors from several provinces, as well as general directors and ministry representatives. Local security officials, customs, and civil protection representatives also attended the event. This gathering aims to strengthen cooperation between Algeria and Tunisia, reflecting the shared vision of both nations' leaders to foster economic growth, promote trade, encourage investment, and improve development in border areas for the benefit of local residents.
