Literature: Abdel Fattah Ben Hadi releases his debut novel "When the Ash Blooms"

Algerian writer and stage actor Abdel Fattah Ben Hadi has introduced his first novel, "When the Ash Blooms" (Hine yuzhiru al-ramad), published by Kawkab Al-Ouloum. Originally from Zemmora in Relizane, Ben Hadi is a French language teacher who turned to Arabic writing to share his reflections. The novel delves into the psychological struggles of human beings caught between their personal aspirations and the hardships of reality. The title conveys a symbolic duality, contrasting the finality of ash with the renewal of blooming. Ben Hadi, who is also known for his theatrical roles in plays such as "Ben Abdellah Ben Fatima" and "Sokkan El Babour," integrates his acting experience into his literary craft. The book is currently available in bookstores, offering readers a contemplative look at the intersection of fantasy and reality.
