Primary Education: New organizational measures for integration weeks in Arabic and Mathematics

The Ministry of National Education has announced a restructuring of the integration week for Arabic and Mathematics at the primary level to improve learning quality. Under the new guidelines, the Arabic language curriculum will follow a structure of six weeks of learning followed by one week for integration, evaluation, and remediation, superseding the previous format. This adjustment intends to provide students with sufficient time to consolidate their knowledge. For Mathematics, the ministry mandates specific remedial sessions tailored to the difficulties identified through assessments. The approach emphasizes pedagogical differentiation, encouraging flexible student grouping to provide direct and personalized support based on individual learning needs.
