During a visit to Oran, the Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Nacera Arhab, inaugurated a center of excellence specializing in mechatronics. The facility is designed to provide high-level technical training that aligns with the requirements of the modern labor market. Additionally, the minister launched the first phase of the ISO 21001 international standard implementation project, involving 11 model institutions. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to modernize management practices, establish quality governance, and improve the international standing and performance of vocational training institutions.
