National security services have successfully dismantled six criminal rings involved in drug trafficking across the western, central, and southern regions of the country. The operations, conducted in the provinces of Oran, Tlemcen, El Oued, and Tipaza, resulted in the seizure of 113 kilograms of processed cannabis originating from Morocco. Authorities arrested 21 suspects and confiscated proceeds from the illicit trade, a fifth-category firearm, various blades, and psychotropic pills. Furthermore, law enforcement impounded a truck, eight vehicles, and two motorcycles used in these operations. The suspects have been referred to the relevant judicial authorities.
